MERRIT PARKWAY FROM NEW YORK/NEW HAVEN

Take the Merrit Parkway North to Exit 63 (Route 22). Take right at end of ramp onto Route 22 a/k/aClintonville Road, cross over State Street, continue straight on Route 22 through stoplight at major intersection (North Haven Funeral Home and Bank of America will be on the right) crossing over Washington Avenue (a/k/a Route 5). Continue straight on Route 22 approximately 1.7 miles, going past small gas station and convenience store on right. Continue on Route 22 past 1st left after railroad tracks which is Fawn Drive. Then take your next left (which is the 2nd left past railroad tracks) onto Pond Hill Road. Go exactly ½ mile on Pond Hill Road past sign indicating Wallingford town line. Look for large white sign “Pleasant View Farms” with black horse and take right into main driveway.  Go about 200’+/- up driveway in between two cape-style houses that front the property and past the flagpole on left. Take first right past brick building. Go about 20’and park (be careful not to block anyone’s door). Look for door signs showing David M. Krassner and Pleasant View Farms Development on right. Go through white-trimmed entrance opening and through door to top of stairs.  Office is on the left.
